Return Process

- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it to our designated electronics inspection facility using a tracked shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
